JB, tell me where the party’s at!

No, not that one - the other JB: James Bond! Last year when we were booked for a James Bond themed New Year’s Eve party in a hotel in Lucerne / Switzerland, we had to learn and arrange several James Bond theme song classics. We picked Sheryl Crow’s - Tomorrow Never Dies - Apple Music | YouTube Music with weird movie score string parts and other challenges as one of them.

The big question was: how do we perform this song with just a four-piece band (guitar/bass/drums/sax). Even though we performed it back then in the original 6/8 I changed it afterwards to a more R&B-style 4/4 groove.
