A friend of mine is a big fan of Depeche Mode and this song released in 1990 is a Depeche Mode classic and one of my favourite tracks of their catalog even though I didn’t notice the song back in 1990 when I was in California. But the chord changes are unique and the melody line is not like your average pop song.
The challenge of transferring the synth lines to the acoustic guitar and adjusting the tempo and the feel of - Enjoy The Silence - Apple Music | YouTube Music was great fun.
