It’s the groove that get’s me

Everybody knows Billy Jean, Bad or Beat It, but one of my favourite Michael Jackson grooves is - The Way You Make Me Feel - Apple Music | YouTube Music from his Bad album.

Years ago a local singer sent me a list of songs she suggested for us to perform at a gig we would do together and there it was again. I wanted to add - The Way You Make Me Feel - to my repertoire since I don’t know when. But it took too long until I sat down to tackle the groove and chords of this classic. It came together pretty quickly. Just keep it simple and reduce it to the max. Even though I first thought of changing the groove so I can play the keyboard parts better. But Stevie Wonder’s - Higher Ground - Apple Music | YouTube Music and Tears For Fears’ - Everybody Wants To Rule The World - Apple Music | YouTube Music convinced me otherwise.
